For some time our members cannot upload images to the forum gallery.
Each time we get the error..

Upload error
Picture 1 (2020-5-3-10-4-29-189-rectified.jpg) could not be uploaded

File size is 44kb so is not over the 10mb limit.
We have cleared out almost all files attached to messages and deleted thousands of images from the gallery but still cannot upload new images to the forum.

Also, I paid for the upgrade to BASIS at the weekend that has not yet been actioned. When will this occur?
